This award, presented in collaboration with Statista, the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider, is testament to the company\u2019s steadfast commitment to excellence and utmost care for its customers.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The America\u2019s Best Insurance Companies 2025 ranking was determined based on an independent survey of over 18,000 U.S. citizens<strong> <\/strong>across the nation.<strong> <\/strong>Participants evaluated the insurance companies that have insured them in the last three years on six different subdimensions: Advice, Customer Service, Price\/Performance, Transparency, Digital Services, and Damage\/Benefit Service.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, participants had to rate their insurance companies regarding satisfaction, loyalty, and overall recommendation. The recommendations and ratings were transformed into score values and aggregated towards a final score across five insurance types: Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Permanent Life, and Term Life.
